You can create unlimited number of users and/or branches in the HRA Cloud system.
There are two benefits of multiple users:
- Being able to track 'who did what'
- Being able to restrict certain users to specific groups of employees, branches, features etc.

On the other hand, branches reflect your organisation structure, which is why HRA Cloud allows creation of multiple branches as well.
