Configuration - Checklists and Menu Items

Configuration is delivered by HRA Cloud's Implementations team who work in partnership with businesses to identify their HR and Safety needs and scope out their requirements and instructions prior to building and customising their HRA Cloud account. Before commencing the configuration process, businesses need to consider a range of factors as set out in the following article: What factors should be considered when seeking HRA Cloud configuration?

HRA Cloud offers a number of HR and Safety checklists in each module designed to assist you in managing and actioning the relevant process from start to finish. Whilst we do have a very comprehensive list, our checklists may not entirely capture the uniqueness and complexity of the processes each organisation undertakes. Businesses will therefore seek to configure their checklists in order to strategically align the processes set out in HRA Cloud with their own unique business processes and procedures.

If you have one of our generic checklists that you would like to customise, please let Client Experience know and we will be able to provide you with a checklist build specification which is a document designed to record your instructions for altering the checklist.

Checklist Options & Tasks

Non-ESS Tasks

Below is a list of the range of non-eSS actions that can be configured into steps of any checklist:

Task What does this mean?
Assign Competencies Button presented to enableHR user that takes them to the Training and Qualifications tab for the worker
Checkbox (with view record) Button presented to enableHR user to complete a step without deeper interaction but with a second option that instead loads the related worker record
Complete the Checklist Complete and archive a checklist for a record
Create a Document using QA Create a document for a record from a Question and Answer (QA) Template
Create a Task Create and assign a task to a named enableHR user
Date Picker Selection of a Date
Drop Down List Selection of a set of options relevant as answers to a question posed by the step
Launch a New Checklist Launches a new checklist with or without completing and archiving the current checklist
Make a Note Write a note to the relevant record
Request Approval An approval workflow for up to 5 levels of approver
Select a Document to Attach Select a document to attach to the workflow
Select a Record Select a record relevant to the workflow (as a reference)
Send an Email Present an email to be sent to a nominated email address or to the records listed email address
Upload a Document to a Folder

Upload a document via a checklist step

Document is added to an account 

 


eSS Related

Below is a list of the range of eSS actions that can be configured into steps of any checklist:

Task What does this mean?
Acknowledge Receipt of Information Send an acknowledgement request to a worker via eSS
Create a Task Create and assign a task to a named HRA Cloud user or eSS User
Upload a Document Used to upload a document relevant to a step
Upload a Document and Send eSS Notification Straight After Allows for upload of a document via a checklist step and sending that document to a worker via eSS
Upload a Document to a Folder

Upload a document via a checklist step or via eSS

Document is added to an account
