Role Overview - SelfService Admin

This role will allow users to access to the approve any changes made by eSS users and use of the Self Service Messaging feature for Self Service.

This doesn't provide any further restrictions/visibility and is a standard role provided to certain users of the system need to have access to administer the self service feature.

Please note: this role will only be applicable if your account has had the enable Self Service feature enabled.
