Role Overview - Work Health and Safety

The "Work Health and Safety" role will provide the User with the ability to complete the majority of activities that can be actioned under the Work Health and Safety (WHS) Management module. For example, the User will be able to submit and manage hazards, incidents, return to work, consultations and develop custom WHS policies and procedures to meet employer and officer responsibilities under the WHS Management module. 

This role can be assigned to new Users by anyone with the account admin role. Once assigned the User granted with the role will have access to the WHS Management module.

It is important to note that a User can have multiple roles at once. Thus it will often be the case that to provide a new User with the desired level of access controls they will need to be assigned a selection of roles.

The below table indicates the various document types, modules, record types and tabs a User can access when assigned with this role.
