The Client Services - Onboarding Specialist will soon be in contact with you to confirm that dates and times for your Welcome Call and HR Compliance Audit via email and Outlook calendar invites.  


What will be discussed during your first Citation HR Onboarding Session?

Your first Citation HR Onboarding Session is your official welcome to the Client Services team. As part of the call, we will provide you with a detailed overview of each of our services and explain exactly how you can access each of these services.  The call is designed to ensure that your business can start to enjoy the benefits of Citation HR immediately and feel empowered and protected in today’s complex workplace relations legal framework.

Our Onboarding process works well, when you have pre-booked your Audit session with an Advisory Consultant so that they can complete the compliance audit prior to your first Citation HR onboarding session.


How can I prepare?

To prepare - ensure you have your company logo and your company letterhead.    This will help us customise your Citation HR account.   If you have Xero, then ensure you have Administrator access to your Xero Account, so that we can link Citation HR to Xero and easily import your employees.

The duration for the meeting will be approximately 60-90 minutes. You should include any other Manager/s who will be other key points of contact for your business and/or will most likely be using Citation HR the most.
