If you are having trouble logging into HRA Cloud's eSS portal, you can: (1) reset the password by yourself by following the prompts below; or (2) you can also contact your HR team to reset the password for you.
To reset your password, simply follow the below steps:
Step 1: Launch your Internet browser (preferably Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge).
Step 3: Select the 'Forgot password?' link above the 'Next' button.
Step 4: Enter your username. Check 'reCAPTCHA' box. Click on ‘Reset Password’. If you cannot remember you username, it is most likely to be your email address or employee ID.
Step 5: Webpage will be displayed informing about an email being sent to the email address associated with the username.
Step 6: You will receive an email with a link to set new password. Click on ‘Click Here’.
Step 7: Enter your new password and click on ‘Submit’.
Step 8: Your password is reset successfully.
PLEASE NOTE: Managers can also reset passwords by logging into core HRA Cloud. Go to 'Account Settings' and then clicking on 'Usernames and Passwords'. Managers will need to click on the relevant user profile, select 'Edit' and can either generate a random password or manually type the new password for impacted users.
