Xero - Exception errors for import/export 

Background(ENAB-3668)

We received feedback from clients regarding issues with their 3-hour automated Xero sync where the updates to the employee records were not transferring between their Xero and HRA Cloud accounts.

Our investigations found that there was a back-end issue where the If-Modified-Since header was being incorrectly set on Xero requests.

 

Update

We've released a hotfix that resolves the issue affecting the automatic Xero synchronisations. This was a mainly back-end fix to the way these requests are handled, and now the Xero import and export syncs will function every three hours as expected.
